Relationship Changes for Effective Weight Loss

First of all, please read this article to the end, before taking any actions, which might affect the
relationship with your partner. This article is (almost)solely dedicated to the relationship you have
with food and how to change it in order to achieve best results, when it comes to weight loss.
1. Make a list
Make list with everything you expect from the diet plan you are about to start. This might include
substantial weight loss, as well as to keep this weight after the diet is over. By having such a list, you
will have a goal and we know you always achieve your goals. This list will help you come up with the
best diet-plan for you, which will result in a harmonious relationship between you and your food.
2.Change your eating habits
This includes, eat only for the sake of eating, when you are hungry, three times a day. Don`t eat
while watching TV, don`t eat just because there is something delicious in the fridge, don`t eat,
because you are bored. By building such a balanced regime, you make your relationship with the
food stronger and understand that good food means not only good weight, but good health, too.
3. Have More Sex
No, I am not talking about the famous American Pie scene. Having more sex with your partner will
enhance your personal relationship and help you burn calories in a pleasant way. What is more it will
prevent you from over-eating, as having sex, while being full is not a very good idea.
